    Be responsible for developing and executing a human resource and human capital management strategy in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute human resource strategies in alignment with the organization’s strategic direction, focusing on workforce planning, retention, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team, driving strategies for talent acquisition and retention, and optimizing recruitment processes and systems.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR and organizational practices.
  • Oversee and enhance HR operations, maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with central HR resources and leadership to streamline HR functions and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor key HR metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and consultation on employee relations, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring professional development and high-level performance.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management, influencing and guiding strategic HR decisions.
  • Manage comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources with significant strategic leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a comprehensive HR function, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
