BIM Manager

Summary:

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful integration of BIM technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement BIM Protocols: Establish and maintain BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Coordinate Project Models: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and review of BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Lead BIM Coordination Meetings: Facilitate meetings to discuss project updates, resolve issues, and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals.
• Data Management: Manage the Project Information Model and oversee data throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to integrate workflows and ensure seamless project execution.
• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within the architecture or construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
