Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the coordination of international scholar exchange programs, including managing applications, databases, and the selection process.
- Facilitate communication and manage daily operations of the international programs inbox.
- Organize logistics for guest speakers and vendor managers, and collaborate across functions to support various programs.
- Handle financial administration such as reconciling expenses and managing reimbursements.
- Assist in the development and updating of processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, including managing the logistics of on-campus interviews and job fairs.
- Collaborate with international physician leaders and manage relationships with approximately 6,000-8,000 members.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, maintaining calendars, and arranging travel.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, preferably within an educational or international context.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
