Job Description
Duties:
- Support the tax team with administrative duties as needed
- Assist with preparing and filing tax returns across several platforms
- Maintain records, documents, and other relevant information
- Help ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with drafting and editing client correspondences
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role and/or environment
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy, as well as an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), as well as familiarity with tax software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
