Job Description
Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors, as well as answer and screen calls, and handle incoming mail
- Perform various administrative activities, including data entry, filing, scheduling, etc.
- Assist other department staff and admin with projects and events as requested
- Help draft, edit, and proofread correspondences and other documents
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as a secretary and/or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly while prioritizing different projects
- Must be able to lift/move, push and pull objects up to 10-15 lbs.
