Job Description
Duties:
· Help maintain presentable office and execute front desk duties, such as answering and directing calls, as well as handling other incoming communications like mail, email, and fax
· Manage heavy calendar scheduling, including meetings, events, travel logistics, etc.
· Prepare and track expense reports, as well as assist with basic accounting tasks
· Draft, edit and proofread correspondences, marketing materials, and other various documents
· Help teams with ad hoc requests like research projects, compiling reports, data entry, etc.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· 5-10+ experience in financial services, or similar environment
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with an attention to accuracy
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize to tasks in a fast-paced environment
