Job Description
Duties:
-The Financial Analyst manages all projects assigned under the direction and guidance of the manager within their area of responsibility while supporting the initiatives and goals of the Department.
-Reconciles “Pre-Bundle” – data with payor.
-Develop pricing for “Bundles” for payor.
-Reconciles actual spend with payor – “Post Bundle” period end.
-Involved in the CDM synchronization for the network.
-Assists with Charge Master development and analysis.
-Prepares, monitors and analyzes trends/targets on a monthly basis.
-Analyzes/interprets and models managed care contracts as assigned.
-Responsible for all projects assigned.
-Assists other team members on projects as assigned.
-Ensures compliance with department initiatives and goals.
-Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Requirements:
-Three or more years of experience working with managed care contracts and/or a related field.
-Demonstrated knowledge of managed care contract terminology (i.e. CPT codes).
-Bachelor's degree in Finance or other related field.
-At least 5 years of prior experience- Required.
