    Midtown law firm seeks Benefits Manager, preferably with 5+ years’ experience in a similar field, to join them on a temporary basis.

Job Description

Duties

  • Provide support for and help administrate benefits programs such as FMLA, PFL, etc. 
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation  
  • Track and report on benefits programs across the firm 
  • Prepare any necessary materials required for clients 
  • Manage and support firm’s benefits communications 
  • Collaborate with various departments on benefits-related programs and initiatives 
  • Assist with special projects as needed 

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in benefits, working in law services or similar field 
  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), plus familiarity with HRIS 
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service 
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, as well as presentation skills 
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
