Job Description
Duties:
- Provide support for and help administrate benefits programs such as FMLA, PFL, etc.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation
- Track and report on benefits programs across the firm
- Prepare any necessary materials required for clients
- Manage and support firm’s benefits communications
- Collaborate with various departments on benefits-related programs and initiatives
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in benefits, working in law services or similar field
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), plus familiarity with HRIS
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal communications skills, as well as presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
