Duties:
• Coordinate and maintain calendars across various departments
• Answer, screen, and direct calls as needed
• Help schedule meetings, conferences, events, travel logistics, etc.
• Process and track expense reports
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed such as data entry, research, compiling materials, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
