    Midtown, boutique finance office is seeking a Receptionist, ideally with 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar field, to join their team.

Job Description

Duties

  • General Reception responsibilities, such as answering and directing calls, registering and greeting guests, etc. 
  • Help manage meeting, conference, and event calendars  
  • Maintain general office appearance, as well as order and restock office supplies, setting up and breaking down spaces for meetings and events, etc. 
  • Process and track expense reports 
  • Handle mail, couriers, packages, etc. 
  • Support admin team as needed  
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests such filing, compiling project materials, etc. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in office administrative roles 
  • Must be able to work Independently and collaboratively 
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment 
  • Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), as well as Zoom
