Job Description
Duties:
- Help schedule and manage meetings, events, appointments, etc.
- Assist C-Suite team with daily projects, such as running errands, ordering supplies, organizing deliveries, etc.
- Help maintain office space and workflow
- Process and track expense reports
- Assist on any ad hoc tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, liaison with building and property management, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-3+ years’ experience in finance field, or equivalent
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Work, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
