Duties:
- Answer and direct calls, taking messages when appropriate
- Manage several calendars and help schedule meetings, conferences, events, as well as arrange travel, appointments, visitors, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications, memos, documents, etc.
- Help with ad hoc projects on an as needed basis, such as research, event planning, compiling materials, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in similar work environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Ability to working independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Spanish language a plus, but not required
