Title: Contracts Specialist
Role Overview:
Our client is in search of a Contracts Administrator to support their operations. This role involves managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and management of customer contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, distribution, and filing.
- Support senior staff in interfacing with clients and government representatives regarding contract negotiations and compliance issues.
- Help in maintaining confidentiality agreements, intellectual property records, and licensing agreements.
- Contribute to the negotiation and review of terms and conditions with customers under supervision.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contract Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Skills: Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR regulations is beneficial.
- Requirements: U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required. All candidates will undergo pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
