Job Description
Duties:
Purchasing
- Purchase products through proper buying procedures
- Check turnover of warehouse and manage inventory
- Ensure the prompt and accurate creation of purchase orders in SAP
CRM
- Assist stores as needed with any operational needs
- Coordinate with warehouse on order issues, returns, delivery schedule, etc.
- Perform regular store audit.
Data Analysis
- Make weekly sales data
- Review and analyze daily and weekly reports
- Create and maintain item master data in SAP; Item Description, Scan Code, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Major in business is preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience (Grocery store experience or Sales Representative experience)
- A high level of organizational and problem-solving skills required
- Computer proficiency is required including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Multilignual is a plus (English, Korean, Spanish, Chinese)
