    Midtown Law Firm seeks a Facilities Coordinator to join them for a 3-6 month temporary assignment.

Job Description

Duties:

  • Ensure daily cleanliness of all office areas, including bathrooms and pantries.
  • Conduct routine inspections of floors, corridors, carpets, walls, lighting, and other maintenance areas, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Fulfill facilities-related requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform light carpentry tasks, such as assembling/disassembling shelving, file cabinets, and furniture.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities department and other service teams.
  • Distribute and move boxes as needed.
  • Prepare offices for moves and visiting attorneys.
  • Assist with conference room setups for daily and special events.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of facilities coordination
  • High School diploma
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
