Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Overseeing calendars and scheduling for team members and senior-level staff
- Answering phones as needed and greeting guests occasionally
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Research and book domestic travel (hotels, flights, etc.) for various department members
- Setup conference calls and prep materials for meetings
- Handling of confidential information and materials
- Monthly expense reporting
- Back-up other assistants if needed
- Ad hoc projects as needed (Workplace team projects, HR projects, etc.)
- Organize in-office and offsite events as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Outgoing disposition and sense of humor!
- Knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce or CRM experience not required but a plus!
- Previous experience scheduling or overseeing calendars preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of personalities
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
