Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Address tenant inquiries via email, phone, and in-person regarding maintenance or other concerns.
- Perform routine checks of HVAC systems, alarms, loading docks, and parking.
- Coordinate urgent and scheduled repairs with vendors and the maintenance team.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss operations and tenant issues.
- Process payments for services, repairs, and utilities; manage vendor paperwork.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Oversee repairs in vacant units.
- Schedule and manage small projects, contractors, and vendors.
- Process purchase orders and service agreements.
- Update databases for tenants, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years in customer service, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
