Job Description
Title: SAP Business Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key organizational stakeholders to understand and meet their needs with effective SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to capture and define requirements for SAP enhancements, aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Lead and manage SAP-related projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring engagement and coordination across functional teams for on-time delivery.
- Partner with SAP functional teams to develop solutions that fulfill business requirements, focusing on financial operations and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure SAP systems adequately support essential financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee change management processes, facilitating training and support for users during new system implementations.
- Continuously monitor SAP system performance, soliciting user feedback to identify and implement necessary enhancements.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and results to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and SAP advancements, advocating for solutions that boost organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SAP Business Relationship Management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficient understanding of SAP modules relevant to construction and finance operations, such as SAP PS, MM, FI, and CO.
- Abilities: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Additional: Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
