Job Description
Duties:
- Manage and maintain presentable and organized facilities
- Identify places for improvement, and recommend and implement suggestions
- Answer inquiries and help residents with any concerns
- Manage and track expense accounts
- Manage vendors and contracts for facilities
- Maintain and update compliance training and notices
- Supervise any building improvement projects
- Report to upper management daily
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years’ experience of residential property management
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently
- Great organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.), as well as familiarity with building management software
- RPM designation preferred
