Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Member Communication: Contact members primarily via Zoom to remind them about membership renewal deadlines, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Performance Monitoring: Adhere to call volume quotas and maintain detailed logs of call durations and member interactions.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry tasks including processing payments, updating member records, and taking detailed notes during interactions.
  • System Proficiency: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Association Management Systems (AMS) effectively. Training on specific systems like Nimble and Salesforce will be provided, but prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or member services is preferred. Familiarity with CRM or AMS platforms is advantageous.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one hour for lunch. Initial on-site training may be required, followed by remote work.
