Duties:
- Promptly respond and assist customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to appropriately communicate with customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and concerns
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support
