Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the process of getting and renewing contracts with airlines, hotels, car services, and trains to make sure the company gets the best rates.
  • Look for ways to improve the company’s travel services.
  • Review travel costs and report insights to senior management.
  • Spot inefficient travel habits and suggest changes that align with the company’s goals.
  • Create and apply travel policies, procedures, and training for employees.
  • Answer travel-related questions and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with vendors, coworkers, and management.
  • Able to manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with travel and expense management processes.
  • Willingness to handle travel issues outside regular work hours.
