A professional services organization located in downtown New York is looking for an Executive Assistant with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job Description
Title – Temporary Executive Assistant
Schedule – Mon-Fri, 9.00am-5.00pm
Location – New York, NY
Duties:
- Answer and direct calls
- Manage several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences and events, travel, etc.
- Handle internal/external mail, including packages, deliveries, etc.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, presentations, memos, etc.
- Process and track invoices and expense reports
- Assist with any ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), with Salesforce knowledge a plus
