Job Description
Summary: The Urologist will provide specialized medical care focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. This role involves performing surgeries, conducting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with urological conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, bladder issues, and prostate problems.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform surgeries related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.
- Diagnostic Testing: Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, X-rays, and cystoscopies.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and surgical interventions.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Provide consultations to other medical professionals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in urology.
- Board certification in urology.
