Job Description
Duties:
- Provide administrative support for C-Level positions
- Screen, take messages, and direct calls
- Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and travel across multiple calendars
- Track and process expense reports for employees
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, etc.
- Maintain files and documentation and assist with data entry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
