Job Description
Duties:
- Manage scheduling for busy calendars, including meetings, appointments, conferences, etc.
- Coordinate complex travel coordination
- Answer and direct calls, and take messages when needed
- Process and track charges along with expense reports
- Help with the flow of work and direct matters as appropriate
- Draft, edit and proofread letters, documents, memos, etc.
- Take meeting notes and coordinate follow-ups if necessary
- Perform ad hoc duties for the team as needed, such as research, presentation support, event planning, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-Suite level personnel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently with attention to accuracy and detail
- Exceptional organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.) as well as Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.
