Job Description
Duties:
- Answer and direct calls, taking messages when appropriate
- Manage busy calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, conferences, events, etc.
- Help organize and maintain presentable office area
- Support leadership with daily operations, including conducting research, preparing meeting documents, filing, scanning, etc.
- Arrange travel and submit expenses as needed; identify errors and reconcile discrepancies
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, memos, etc.
- Process and track expense reports and help reconcile accounts
- Assist admin team to ensure smooth workflow
- Performing ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-Level executives
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects effectively
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Approaches each day with a proactive verses reactive mind set.
