Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company, client, and project policies.
  • Maintain job site safety in accordance with national standards.
  • Generate accurate project estimates and review proposals to determine feasibility and resource requirements.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure projects are executed to meet design, budget, and schedule specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure clear communication and meet expectations throughout the project.
  • Coordinate the activities of staff and subcontractors, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Lead billing and collections efforts, conduct regular site visits, and develop strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Provide strategic planning support for future project needs and deliver regular reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Electrical Construction Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing large scale, complex IT/Telecommunications infrastructure projects, including Data Center installations.
  • Familiarity with Data Center electrical systems, cabling, and fit-out processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mission-critical projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional).
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Suite, Salesforce, and ConEst.
