Duties:
- Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members
- Data Entry
- Organize and categorize forms
- Communicate across various departments to ensure good workflow
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or GED
- 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently
- Good soft computer skills, including MS Office Suite
