Duties:
- Answer inquiries from clients
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Scan documents, correspondence, forms, etc.
- Manage and update internal management systems
- Help applicants with forms, documents, certificates, etc.
- Review and update data and information as necessary
Requirements:
- High School Degree or GED
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar field
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
