Job Description
Duties:
- Manage busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, offsite events, and arranging travel logistics
- Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure flow of business
- Process and track expenses
- Assist with ad hoc requests such as data entry, research, compiling project materials, help setting up events, etc.
- Some travel required for business events
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexibility to travel as needed for certain business events
