Job Description
Duties:
1. Develop Clinical Operations for Two PACE Facilities in Indiana
a. Develop clinical operations and protocols at the regional and local levels.
b. Develop a vision for clinical services at the regional and local levels within the first six months of operations.
2. Finalize a Quality Management Plan:
a. Assume responsibility for the Quality Management Plan and work in collaboration with Quality Specialist to finalize the plan , ensuring that key performance indicators are being appropriately captured and evaluated.
3. Develop a Clinical Playbook for Clinical Services:
a. Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop a standardized clinical playbook for clinical services within 6 months, detailing the processes for opening new facilities.
4. Assist in Business Development activities for Indiana sites:
a. Collaborate with Regional Director of Business Development and Regional Program Director to meet with a minimum of three local community providers monthly for the first twelve months.
Requirements:
- MD License
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in caring for seniors
- Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population in a long-term care setting preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Board certified in internal medicine or family practice. Board certification granted by the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Family Practice for Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine preferred
- Licensed by the State Medicine Board to practice medicine
