Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, painting, and various repair tasks.
• Respond to and prioritize repair requests.
• Ensure the exterior and interior of the property are well-maintained.
• Manage emergency situations efficiently by knowing safety protocols, including shutting off water and electricity.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of full-time experience in building maintenance.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with basic machinery and tools.
• Background in construction or maintenance of equipment and utilities.
