Job Description
Duties:
- Handle incoming calls, as well as meet and greet guests
- Arrange and manage logistics for several, busy calendars, including travel, meetings, conferences, events, appointments, etc.
- Draft, edit, and proofread letters, documents, presentations, memos, etc.
- Maintain and update filing system as needed
- Process and track expense reports
- Handle incoming communications, such as mail, e-mail, packages, etc.
- Assist with any ad hoc requests as needed
- Support other admin with their projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience working a similar work environment
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
