Fund Structure and Origination

Duties:

• Lead new feeder fund onboarding projects, working across the organization to ensure on-time and successful completion.
• Work with key clients, both asset managers and wealth managers, and their service providers, attorneys, fund administrators and transfer agents to communicate processes and requirements, recommending best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration, fund management or custodial relationships
• Experience in alternative investments with a focus in various fund structures is required
• Positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
