Job Description
Duties:
- Assist with data entry, file organization, scanning, copying, etc.
- Answer questions about records and files
- Ensure correct placement of documents and files
- Handle and sort incoming documents
- Help improve and maintain file systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Requires extensive organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize project with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to lift boxes of files
