Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including handling calls, mail, and ensuring accurate message delivery.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including setup and retrieval of equipment.
- Schedule and organize onboarding for new hires, maintaining an employee directory.
- Undertake additional administrative projects and support the Executive Assistant with clerical duties.
- Ensure effective communication and interaction with a highly educated team.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- 3-4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- A proven track record of reliability and excellent communication skills are essential.
