Practice Lead – Federal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of premium research content tailored for tax, accounting, and payroll professionals.
• Manage a team of analysts, ensuring the research content is timely, accurate, and of high quality.
• Facilitate the professional development of team members, ensuring skills and knowledge are continually enhanced.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and the sales team, providing expert support and information.
• Develop and maintain professional contacts in the tax industry to support product development and content accuracy.
• Contribute to thought leadership by engaging in public speaking engagements and publishing written analyses.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts related to the assigned content set.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team and content development goals.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, J.D., or CPA designation; Tax LL.M. or MST preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with education possibly considered as a substitute for some experience.
