Job Description
Duties:
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage trademark filings, applications, forms, etc.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Help organize and manage database (both physical and digital)
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience as a Trademark Paralegal
- Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Great multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and writing)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
