Job Description
Duties:
- Meet and greet clients, as well as answer and direct calls as appropriate
- Manage and maintain several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, travel logistics, events, etc.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, memos, etc.
- Process and track payment and expense reports
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), familiarity with legal billing software a plus
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
