Job Description

Duties

  • Answer calls and inquiries from prospective candidates 
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications 
  • Assist with job fairs and recruitment events 
  • Help managers identify various hiring needs 
  • Visit various locations and meet with managers to develop relationships with placement offices 
  • Manage and update databases and web listings 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field 
  • 3+ years’ recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit 
  • Familiarity with application, resume, and referral systems 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
