Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Take patient vitals pre and post-procedure. 
• Conduct various tasks including but not limited to recovery and pre-op assistance, starting IVs, drawing blood, etc. 
• Document patients' stats and health accurately. 
• Obtain a thorough medical history and physical examinations. 
• Counsel and discuss medical treatment with patients. 
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment 

Qualifications: 

• Certified Nurse Practitioner 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing and personable. 
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Methodical and detail-oriented. 
• Prior experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, Sports Medicine, and/or Physiatry is a plus.
