Job Description
Duties:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting walk-in customers, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.
- Assisting with payment processing, managing account inquiries, generating invoices, and supporting collections.
- Researching vendors, setting up new vendor accounts, creating purchase orders, and processing invoices.
- Coordinating schedules for contractors, vendors, visitors, deliveries, tours, and handling media requests.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of cemetery events.
- Providing administrative support for various special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Dynamics 365
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
