Job Description
Duties:
- Perform general reception duties, including meet and greet guests, answer and direct calls
- General upkeep and tidiness of the front office area, including set-up and clean-up of conference rooms
- Manage and update heavy conference and meeting room calendar
- Register and track guests in and out of the office
- Track and order supplies for office, restocking as needed
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), familiarity with booking software a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
