    Midtown-based law firm seeks Receptionist, preferably with 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment, to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job Description

Duties

  • Perform general reception duties, including meet and greet guests, answer and direct calls 
  • General upkeep and tidiness of the front office area, including set-up and clean-up of conference rooms 
  • Manage and update heavy conference and meeting room calendar 
  • Register and track guests in and out of the office 
  • Track and order supplies for office, restocking as needed 
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries 
  • Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), familiarity with booking software a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
