Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management and Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and organize comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Executive Vice President.
- Document Preparation and Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Expense Reporting: Manage and submit expense reports using Coup and ensure timely reimbursement and adherence to company policies.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties including managing incoming calls, organizing internal and external events, and maintaining confidential files.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in managing calendars and correspondence.
- Experience with travel arrangements and expense report management; familiarity with Coup is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
