Duties:
- Manage and organize several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, appointments, etc.
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications, documents, memos, etc.
- Assist team with organizing and managing special projects
- Manage and update file and information system (both physical and digital)
- Help admin team manage general office organization to ensure good workflow
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
