Duties:
- Manage large, busy staff to ensure high-end standards are met
- Identify opportunities and training needs and implement effective solutions to enhance team efficiency
- Facilitate communication within the team and across various departments
- Interact clientele daily
- Manage and track expense accounts
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Compliance Management
- Physical Property Management
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience working in a white-gloved, high-pace environment
- Proven track record of handling busy staff
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize project efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
