Job Description
Duties:
· Manage job postings on various platforms
· Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
· Facilitate onboarding process
· Help manage orientation and training events for new hires
· Maintain and update employee records
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
· Maintain HR databases and reports
· Partner with technical support team to troubleshoot user issues
· Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, ensuring timely submissions
· Coordinate and implement training and development initiatives and procedures
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
· 3+ years’ experience in an HR administrative
· Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and MS Office Suite
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of HR practices and employment/labor laws a plus
