Job Description
Duties:
- Conduct job analyses and prepare and present reports of both job and compensation analysis
- Collect and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys to determine market trends.
- Researching and advising on relevant state and federal laws to ensure the organization remains compliant with its compensation policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with benchmarking, job evaluation and data analysis within the compensation field
- Proven experience with compensation program design & budget modeling
- Quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, Office, PowerPoint & Outlook
