We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale multifamily projects (300+ units) featuring both wood and steel frame structures. The ideal candidate will lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily construction operations for large multifamily projects.
• Oversee subcontractors and manage the project schedule, ensuring milestones are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety compliance on the job site.
• Collaborate with the project management team to address challenges and develop solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Conduct regular site meetings to communicate progress and expectations to the team.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on multifamily projects preferred
• Expertise in wood and steel frame construction techniques
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
